At the end of June, the management team at Carter Financial Management came together for our annual Management Committee Retreat—two dedicated days of thoughtful collaboration, strategic planning, and goal setting for the year ahead.
These sessions are a cornerstone of how we continue to grow and evolve as a firm, focusing not only on how we can better serve our clients, but also how we can be more impactful in the communities we call home. The conversations were energizing and forward-focused, centered around enhancing our client experience, investing in our team, and identifying meaningful ways to give back.
We concluded the first day of meetings with a celebratory dinner at Al Biernat’s, joined by our partners for an evening of connection and appreciation. We are continually grateful for the support of our families and friends—they are an essential part of our success and the foundation that allows us to do our best work.
We look forward to putting our ideas into action as we move into the second half of 2025 with clarity, purpose, and renewed enthusiasm.
