Carter Financial Management is pleased to announce Kennedy Davis as the recipient of the 2026 Carter Financial Management Scholarship.
Kennedy is a graduate of Emmett J. Conrad High School and will attend the University of Texas at Dallas, where she plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Technology.
In addition to graduating from high school, Kennedy also earned her Associate of Science degree from Dallas College, an impressive accomplishment that reflects her discipline, focus, and commitment to making the most of every educational opportunity available to her.
Throughout high school, Kennedy demonstrated strong academic achievement, leadership and a clear vision for her future. She served as captain of her varsity swim team, participated in early college coursework, completed internships in technology, marketing and social media, and developed experience with AI-driven projects and digital content creation.
Her scholarship application also reflected a thoughtful understanding of financial responsibility and the importance of proactive financial education.
Kennedy shared how her family’s experiences shaped her desire to pursue a debt-free path through college and build a future rooted in stability, resilience, and growth.
The Carter Financial Management Scholarship was established to support deserving students as they take the next step in their educational journey. Kennedy’s accomplishments, work ethic, and forward-looking goals make her a wonderful representative of the spirit of this scholarship.
