A Thoughtful Exchange of Ideas at the 46th Annual Carter Investment Conference

by | Oct 21, 2025

The 46th Annual Carter Investment Conference was held on Thursday, October 9, at the Communities Foundation of Texas. The event was well attended both in person and via Zoom, underscoring the enthusiasm of our clients to stay informed in an ever-evolving investment landscape.

At Carter Financial Management, client education is one of our core pillars. We believe that informed investors make confident decisions, and this year’s conference once again provided valuable insights to help our clients invest wisely.

Our speaker panel featured three exceptional female professionals who offered diverse perspectives on today’s pressing financial topics:

  • Iris Wang, CFA, Vice President of Portfolio Management, Asset Management Services, Raymond James Financial
  • Fiona Wilson, CFA, MBA, with the i³ Investments™ Team at Guardian Capital LP
  • Romina Boccia, of the Cato Institute

Their presentations ranged from navigating global markets and portfolio construction using AI to addressing the federal budget deficit and how fiscal trends may shape the economy and investment opportunities ahead.

We are deeply grateful to our speakers for sharing their expertise and to our clients for their continued trust and engagement. Your curiosity and commitment to learning are what make this annual event such a success.
