A Day That Reflects Who We Are

Some days are a perfect reminder of what makes Carter Financial Management special, and July 14 was one of those days.

We started the morning with our annual Summer Planning Day—a chance for our entire team to step away from our daily routines and spend intentional time together. These planning sessions allow us to reflect on where we’ve been, dream about where we’re going, and collaborate on new ideas that will continue to enhance the experience we provide for our clients.

One of our core values is continuous improvement, and we’re excited about several initiatives currently in the works. While they’re still taking shape, we look forward to sharing them with our clients as they come to life over the coming year.

Of course, work is only part of what makes our team culture so special. We also believe in celebrating together.

That afternoon, we hosted a FIFA World Cup Semi-Final watch party and were thrilled to welcome many of our valued sponsors. It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, enjoy a great match, and spend time with partners who play such an important role in what we do.

Our sponsors are much more than business partners—they help us create memorable experiences for our clients and our community. Their support has been instrumental in events such as our Carter Investment Conference and, most recently, our 50th Anniversary Celebration.  We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and friendship.

Days like these remind us that great things happen when people come together with a shared purpose. Whether we’re planning for the future, strengthening relationships, or simply taking time to celebrate together, we’re building something that extends beyond financial planning.
