The Carter Financial Management team gathered for our Winter 2026 Company Planning Day, one of our bi-annual planning sessions held each winter and summer, to officially kick off The Golden Year—a milestone year commemorating our 50th anniversary.
Our time together was focused and intentional. Through thoughtful discussion and collaboration, we set clear priorities and defined objectives to guide the year ahead. Every conversation centered on one shared commitment: serving our clients well.
As we reflected on five decades of trusted relationships, we also looked forward—examining how refined processes, evolving tools, and continued use of the right tools can further enhance the experience we provide to those we serve. Company Planning Day allows us to step back from the day-to-day and ensure we are aligned not only on what we do, but how we do it.
While 50 years is a milestone worth celebrating, it also reinforces the responsibility we carry. As we step into The Golden Year, we do so energized, aligned, and deeply grateful—for our clients, our colleagues, and the opportunity to continue building a firm grounded in trust, service, and thoughtful planning.
