Powering Up: Technology, Innovation and the Client Experience

by | Aug 25, 2026

Several members of the Carter Financial Management team had the opportunity to attend the Raymond James Technology Power-Up Workshop in Dallas on Thursday, August 20, 2026. The workshop brought together Raymond James branch associates for a full day of learning, collaboration and a look at what’s ahead in financial services technology.

The information-filled day gave our team an opportunity to explore new tools and capabilities available through Raymond James, including emerging AI features designed to help associates work more efficiently and enhance the ways we serve and communicate with our clients.

Technology continues to evolve at an incredible pace, and we believe it is important to understand not only what new tools are available, but how they can be thoughtfully incorporated into the work we do every day.

When used effectively, technology can help streamline processes, improve access to information and allow our team to devote even more attention to what matters most—our clients and their financial goals.

The workshop was also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other Raymond James branch associates, exchange ideas and learn from those who are working diligently to stay ahead of the ever-changing technology landscape. Sharing experiences and best practices is one of the many benefits of being part of the broader Raymond James community.

And this is just the beginning! Stay tuned for future articles highlighting some of the technology, tools and services available to our clients—and how we are putting innovation to work to help us better serve you.
