Iris Wang, CFA
Vice President of Portfolio Management, Asset Management Services, Raymond James Financial

Iris Wang, Vice President of Portfolio Management for Asset Management Services (AMS) at Raymond James Financial, is a senior member of the investment team responsible for setting the asset allocation policy and making investment decisions for AMS discretionary (Freedom) and the Raymond James Strategic Recommended models as well as the UMA platform. She contributes to the multi-sector allocation efforts for Freedom portfolios with a background focused on fixed income securities.
Iris is also a voting member of the Investment Committee for Raymond James Institutional Fiduciary Solutions Board and Raymond James Qualified Retirement Plan Investment Committee. She joined the industry in 2008 and joined Raymond James in 2022. Iris has a B.S. in Economics and International Business from China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing, China). She also has a master’s degree in finance from Case Western Reserve University. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2014 and is a member of the CFA Institute, and CFA society of Tampa Bay. Iris spent her career in investment research and portfolio management for institutional assets, spanning from private banking, RIAs, insurance accounts and debt private placements for alternative asset classes. She managed investment assets for Publix Inc, Publix Charities Inc. and advised on Publix 401K & profit-sharing plans prior to joining Raymond James.
Fiona Wilson, CFA, MBA
Senior Portfolio Manager of the i³ Investments™ Team, Guardian Capital LP

Fiona Wilson joined Guardian Capital LP (Guardian Capital) in 2011. As a Senior Portfolio Manager of the i³ Investments™ Team, Fiona brings over 25 years of global experience. Her responsibilities include portfolio and risk management for the suite of dividend mandates. Fiona has co-managed the global, US and Canadian dividend strategy since 2011. Prior to joining Guardian Capital, Fiona was Portfolio Manager, Derivative Instruments with Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS). Her previous roles included Head of Currency Options Marketing, South East Asia for Société Générale with postings in Tokyo, Singapore, and London.
Fiona entered the financial services industry in 1989, when she joined CIBC as an options trader. Fiona graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA and obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Windsor. Fiona is a CFA® Charterholder. The Chartered Financial Analyst® charter is a graduate-level investment credential awarded by the CFA Institute—the largest global association of investment professionals. To earn the CFA charter, candidates must: 1) pass three sequential, six-hour examinations; 2) have at least four years of qualified professional investment experience; 3) join CFA Institute as members; and 4) commit to abide by, and annually reaffirm, their adherence to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.

Romina Boccia
Director of Budget and Entitlement Policy, Cato Institute
Romina Boccia is a top fiscal and economic expert and director of budget and entitlement policy at the Cato Institute. She writes the Debt Dispatch, the number one fiscal Substack read by members of Congress and is the principal author of the recently published book, Reimagining Social Security: Global Lessons for Retirement Policy Changes. She has more than a decade of experience researching, analyzing, and communicating complex issues related to federal budgeting, government debt, and entitlement program design.
Romina has testified before Congress and guided federal executive and congressional budget plans and related legislation. Her work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, The New York Times, on National Public Radio, and on TV, including on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Romina holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from George Mason University.
